Anraone ("Anraone", "we", "us") is a software development and digital marketing company with teams in Bengaluru, India and Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal data we collect through anraone.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website — not to the applications we build for clients, which are governed by each client's own privacy policy.
What we collect, and why
Information you give us. When you submit our consultation form, request a quote, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, your indicative budget range, and your project description. We use it for exactly one purpose — to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run your project. Newsletter emails are sent only to addresses that subscribed, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Chat messages. Our website chat assistant answers questions about our services. Conversations are processed to generate replies and may be reviewed by our team to follow up on enquiries and improve answers. Please do not share passwords or payment details in chat — we will never ask for them there.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive, using cookies described in our Cookie Policy. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
- We do not send marketing to consultation-form contacts who have not opted in.
- We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers needed to run the site: our hosting infrastructure, Google (analytics), and the email service that delivers our messages. Each processes data on our instructions. We will disclose data if the law requires it, and we will tell you if that ever happens unless legally barred from doing so.
Retention
Consultation enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to two years afterwards, so we have context if you return. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs rotate automatically within 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Residents of India have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; EU/UK visitors have equivalent rights under the GDPR. Write to support@anraone.com and we will respond within 30 days.
